Our therapy interventions are based on evidence and aim to assist children in regulating their nervous system, enhancing relaxation, managing stress, training the brain, and reorganizing neural pathways to improve behavior, learning, and sensory sensitivities.
Brain Body Balance Multisensory Classes
Our specially crafted wellness classes for kids use a mutlisensory approach to help reorganize the brain from the bottom up. Classes are designed to improve sensory integration, emotion regulation, balance, fine and gross motor skills, and much more.
Resilient Kids Group Skills Coaching
Our Resilient Kids Group Skills Coaching is a Virtual Program with a group size of 6 to 10 students per class. These classes run weekly and we focus on a different skills. Some topics include: Understanding Feelings, Growth Mindset, Managing Anger, Friendship Skills, Gratitude, etc.
Kids Workshops
Our workshops are tailored to promote comprehensive wellness through interactive and age-appropriate activities. Each session is designed to address various aspects of well-being, helping children develop essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment. We focus on physical wellness, emotional and social wellness and creative expression and self-esteem.

Our Philosophy
Our approach to wellness and mental wellbeing is based on a holistic view of the child, taking into account their strengths to overcome weaknesses and teach new skills. We believe that teaching children important life and coping skills with give them a strong foundation to help prevent future physical and mental health issues or at least help buffer them. We leave no stone unturned in our comprehensive multifaceted approach.
